In collaboration with Brenda Kout.
This research focuses on materials that change based on body movement and environmental conditions. By combining innovative techniques like light- and temperature-sensitive screen printing, laser cutting, and 3D printing, we explore how materials can visually and physically respond to both the wearer and their surroundings.
Dynamic materials
This research develops materials that respond to environmental factors like light and temperature. Using light- and temperature-sensitive screen printing, we create surfaces that change color and pattern based on their surroundings.
We also use laser cutting and 3D printing to produce innovative structures- laser cutting for precise, lightweight designs, and 3D printing for unique shapes and textures.
The goal is to create interactive artworks that respond to both the wearer and their environment.
I would appreciate your perspective on this. Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section—your feedback is valuable to me.
